The Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County, and Networking Hispanos are presenting an International Business Expo at the Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel on July 24 from 5:30 pm ? 7:30 pm. Admission is free to the public. There will be a special presentation by several exhibitors from 4:30 pm ? 5:30 pm.
Exhibitors can rent a table for $199. They can provide informational literature, products they sell, can give demonstrations, and can provide free samples to guests. They will also most likely be called upon to provide the sponsorship banners that will be required by the organizers of the business expo.
Sponsorships are available for $5,000. Sponsors receive three exhibitor tables, their logo appears on all advertising literature, and their company banner is displayed at the event. As well as this, they are allowed to speak to guests or give seminars before the event begins, their logo will appear on a screen at the event, and they will be recognized in the Greater Boca Raton Chamber?s newsletter. They will also be allowed to provide promotional items to everyone who attends.
Events which help local companies exhibit their products and to explain their services are always good for business. They let the public know that the company exists, allow local companies to network with one another, and provide experience in how to get the word out about each company?s business.
