If you've yet to sample the tire squealing delight that is Asphalt 8: Airborne, then you're in for a treat as Apple has selected Gameloft's latest racer for the the Free App of the Week promotion. It isn't the first time Asphalt 8 has gone free, but there's never a better time to snag yourself a copy.
Asphalt 8 is a more arcade-style racer when stood next to something like EA's Real Racing 3. Stunning graphics, insane physics defying manoeuvres, some of the worlds hottest cars, there's a little dose of everything. If you don't know much about it, be sure to check out Simon Sage's excellent review, otherwise hit the App Store, strap yourself in and go for a ride!
